Return Policy & Procedure

We will review and honor returns up to 30 days from the date you received the item(s). Returns will only be accepted on unworn, tagged and unused merchandise.

1. We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged or has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transportation or the wrong product has been delivered.

2. ilehenga.com will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including color mismatch or exchanges for size.

3. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect or it is damaged during transportation or the wrong product has been delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at support@ilehenga.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

5. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.

6. All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at ilehenga.com

7. Please note that a $9.99 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit/debit card.

8. This credit note will be valid for 6 months and will be given once the products are received by us in, a stable and intact position without any wear and tear and passed by our quality department.

9. Unfortunately a refund is not possible if the customer does not like the material as the product description clearly mentions the material being used for the product. The customer needs to be fully aware of the product material before the actual purchase can be made.

10. You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances.

11. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of ilehenga.com & refund would only in the form of credit voucher code.

12. A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchase OR refund in your bank account & Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit/Debit Card within 7 business days.

13. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on custom made and made to order dresses.
