 We offer credit/debit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, Am Ex, Maestro and Citrus. Your card number will be protected using SSL, industry-leading encryption standard. We guarantee a safe and secure transaction system so as to ensure a trustworthy online shopping experience for our customers.


 As well as accepting most major credit and debit cards, we also offer PayPal as a fast, convenient and secure payment method.

Standard Shipping Policy

 We provide free standard shipping Worldwide.

 Items are shipped directly from the Pakistan and will be with you within 3-5 business weeks. The stated delivery periods within which you will receive your order is approximate. We will inform you if an item is out of stock, which you can pre order, and when it will be available. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.  If your order does not get delivered within the above time frames please contact our customer services team.


Personal use

Each order is for the personal, non-commercial, use of our customer. Resale of any product without the express, written consent by us is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what we deem to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.


Customs fees

Unfortunately we do not have any control over custom charges and cannot advice you what the cost will be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local custom office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.



Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages. If there is a further delay, we will send you a letter asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you. iLehenga reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases and any amount charged will be credited back to the customer via the original payment method.


Can you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.


Can I have my parcel redirected to another address?

For your security we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.


When will I receive my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, including the expected delivery date. If your order has been sent to you using a tractable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link to view the up to date tracking.

Make sure you check the expected delivery date on your email before contacting us about your order. To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS (Text) and or E-mail.


International Shipping

International standard shipping is free of charge (clothing only), regardless of the weight of your order. Standard delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you have entered the delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services.

Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

If an item is returned to ‘us’ due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, for all free deliveries, either a charge for the full amount of postage will be deducted from any subsequent refunds or the re-delivery cost would need to be paid if a re-delivery is requested.
